Ricky Paugh, our Founder & CEO at 1440Sports, has been appointed Strategic Advisor to the F.A.T Karting League (FKL) Board. In this role, Ricky will help guide the League’s commercial growth, partnerships, and activation strategy – connecting grassroots karting with elite motorsport and expanding opportunities for emerging talent.

Rob Smedley joins the 1440Sports Advisory Committee.
A celebrated Formula 1 engineer and leader, Rob brings over 25 years of technical and operational experience from Ferrari, Williams, and Formula One Management. His insight into engineering, data systems, and performance culture will be invaluable as 1440Sports continues to innovate in partnership activation and talent development.
